Standard Products: If you are unsatisfied with a standard product purchased from Framesaaz, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made frames and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Since these items are specifically tailored to your requirements, they cannot be resold or restocked.
Refund
Process
Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to assist in processing your exchange.
Standard Products: You can exchange a standard product for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.
